I own several bible cds,this is the best,awesome! Brings the bible to life! Just sit back,close your eyes,and imagine it taking place,almost as good as the rapture! Awesome,get it!

I purchased the MP3 CD and find that the product is very good. The tempo and clarity of the audio is very captivating. It is like picking up a good book that you don't want to put down. I wish that the chapter and verses were more noted on the MP3 file names as it would give me a better reference with my real book of the Bible.

This product has a wonderful audio background which creates an atmosphere that makes you feel as though you were there!!!

We have found The bible experience has added a new dimension to our daily bible reading, and that listening while reading the same version has given us deeper insight into what the message is. The MP3 format is great for downloading on to the Ipod personally i would not bother with the standard compact discs be it sixty or seventy of them. We do not use The Bible Experience or TNIV for study as we feel it is not accurate in its translation as it strives to be gender neutral, But all that aside we love listening to the audio and are throughly happy with the quality.

This bible has really been awesome in the fact that it keeps my attention the entire time I listen to it. With other audio bibles I've listened to, after a few chapters I just lose focus and zone out because of the monotone speaker. With this bible it really grips you and draws you into the story of the bible and makes you feel like you are actually there. Great product for any person wanting to read their bible more!

I already own the New Testament version of this product and was so pleased with that one that I purchased this complete version including the Old Testament and the New Testament.

This product is an absolute joy to own. The American artists used to record this audio Bible bring the whole of Gods word to life with amazing passion and clarity. Even the books of the law like Leviticus that are usually hard work to get through are manageable with this version. This audio book is full of voices acting out the scenes and is a vast improvement from other versions where one voice reads all the scripture. With this version you feel as though you are actually there in person over hearing what is said.

Based on the TNIV edition of the Bible, this is in plain English very easy to understand and follow and has a very modern spirit to it whilst keeping exactly (as far as I can tell) to the original translated scriptures.

British purchasers don't think twice about this being recorded by American artists, I know many people like to buy audio books in their own accent/language but this is brilliant.

The theme music score is also wonderful.

The portrayal of Jesus is spot on and just how I imagined him to be and sound like.

You won't be dissapointed. Save up and buy this. If in the UK , import it !!

Be careful to order the right format, it is available both as MP3 on CD and standard Audio CD. If your hi-fi or car stereo does not accept MP3 discs then just order plain old Audio CD format. If you have MP3 go for that as it is simple to use and keeps the original safer as less likely to handle discs that often so less scratches and marks affecting playing performance.

I was looking for an audio version of the TNIV Bible to listen to while I walk to work, and I have not been disappointed by this one! While no translation is perfect, I believe the TNIV has appropriately navigated the recent changes in the English language, while staying committed to the truth and accuracy of God's word. And this rendition! It blows away my own cultural expectations of how I expect to hear scripture read. It enables me to hear these words I've heard and read so often in a fresh, new way. And it is full of unexpected surprises--like Geordi LaForge (LeVar Burton) as the apostle John! As a pastor and as a Christian, I highly recommend this audio Bible to anyone.

The best and most real to life reading of the Bible I've ever heard.
It is easy to listen even the most tedious sections of the Bible such as Leviticus for example because of talented readers and sound effects which bring the Word to life without a religious tone.
