The good and the bad,

I purchased this item for my father who has a bad back. We were expremely pleased with this item until the second summer we attempted to use it. Two weeks after the warranty expired (1 year warranty) the heater/filter/pump stopped working. The manufacture was not willing to work with us about a discounted replacement etc. The spa, when working, is fantastic. the jets are strong, the heater worked well. The cover was safe (keeping children out). Other than the jets no longer working, the only other issue is the sand, debris that collects at the bottom. I would have serious concerns about buying this product due to the short life of the heater/filter/pump.
