I suffer from a very active mind so it can be difficult for me to calm my mind to meditate. Even though I have been meditating for a couple of years. Rebecca's meditation techniques allow for me to relax my mind quickly and easily.

This CD is a great help in establishing a meditation program as well as for stress alleviation.

The program makes sense and worked well for my ever busy Western mind, providing sufficient structure in clear terms with a simple effective process. The narrated voice is a pleasure to hear (supporting the instructions smoothly without being intrusive), accompanied by background music which is inspirational and relaxing.

After 21 days, the technique has "sunk in" and now can be applied as promised, in an instant.

I highly recommend it for anyone's personal use, and also as a thoughtful gift.

An incredible technique to acheive calmness in those moments of stress --everything from the simple traffic irratations to the "really big" stuff. Very easy to learn and takes only moments to apply. As someone who has had a life long fear of all things relating to a dental visit, Instant Calm helped me undergo extensive dental work without the usual anxiety or opting for sedation.
