I found this book in the bargain section about 10 years ago and I bought it just out of curiosity.
I highly recommend this book for anyone who wants to supplement their existing healing programs for faster and more efficient results.
This puts the energy tapping technique in terms a tool we can always use to manage our emotions as opposed to a one time quick fix.
I am sorry I was not able to get into the book. I donated it Friday to Good Will.
