Julia Lupton Skalka has been a professional astrologer, writer, and teacher in the Washington D.C. area since 1974. For over eighteen years, she has been a contributor to Horoscope Magazine, the leading astrology publication in the United States. Articles about her have appeared in the Washington Post and USA Today, and she appeared on radio and television talk shows. Julia's text is used in two astrology software programs from Time Cycles Research, Inc.

This book on transits is one of the best organized I've found,but is only planet-to-planet. Transits through the houses are covered, & also each planetary aspect that is formed. Some basic generational info is included. Easy-to-use, but info given is irrespective of Natal chart considerations which always modify. From the mildly-interested to Student level, this book is a handy reference for your library.

This book puts everything in everyday language. It does not elaborate on every issue which is a welcome relief. Probably not for the professional astrologers out there, but perfect for beginner and intermediate students of astrology. It gets straight to the point which is refreshing for this " Aries soul."

this book is very inexpensive and provides concise , fairly detailed interpretations for all the planetary transits by aspect as well as in houses.(although not to the angles for some reason! ) Great purchase for the price and much better than many of the much more expensive "popular" astrology books .
