More About the Author

I love women, especially my wife and co-author Vera who has been my inspiration for the past 25 years. We have been facilitating others in having outstanding relationships by example as well as by giving private instruction and teaching classes in sex as our book titles describe. Our books are actually a by product of Vera's desire with what we have learned through our studies and mostly through our years of teaching together. We still give private instruction or DEMO classes either in Northern California where we live or in NYC at Mamagenas School for Womanly Arts about twice a year. This is a wonderful book; it gives great information on female orgasm, pleasure and how to experience instant orgasm. Even though it describes sexual techniques to have instant orgasm, it provides much more than that, which is much appreciated. It talks about an easy and fun practice that everyone can use to have more pleasure leading to great sex.
The chapters are well divided: opening your mind, self-pleasure, pleasure training, partnered pleasure, a variety of pleasurable touches, advanced tips for creating orgasm, the pleasure of peaking.
There are a lot of good illustrations, showing the techniques and positions talked about.
It is fun to read.
I also found it useful to use the two following videos that actually show the technique live. (If you are sensitive to explicit views, this might not be for you):
Orgasm at the First Touch gives great unique information about female orgasm and show step by step live demonstration of how to give a woman an orgasm at the first touch and how best, as the receiver of the pleasure, to experience great orgasm.
Deliberate Orgasm Duet: Expanding Female Orgasm plus The Technique of Peaking and Extended Orgasm. gives a demonstration of the chapter the pleasure of peaking, which is one of my favorite chapter and also video. The pleasure of peaking gives tools to extend a woman's orgasm to delightful ecstatic places everyone would love to go to. It changed my and her perspective on sex for ever.

I have read all their books and this one is by far the best. it took all the doubt out of a sensual and sexual experience. The clear and fun writing makes the information easily accessible. My sensual life and my communication with woman has gotten so much better. It is a must read for everyone! I guess only if you want more fun though....

Drs. Steve and Vera Bodansky have written a compact, highly informative book providing detailed information on increasing one's sensual and sexual pleasure. I loved thumbing through it to specific areas I was most interested in, and later reading it chronologically. I enjoyed the candid, and direct style in which information was conveyed--especially the techniques for feeling more and intensifying sexual pleasure. I also love the exercises, which from the start have provided hours of increased sensual enjoyment, and was most excited by the information on the female body. I found the book particularly female friendly--(thank you Drs. Bodansky)--and from start-to-finish enjoyed their overall perspective on expanding sensual pleasure from the moment of the first touch. This is a must for sexual education, whether one is single or in a relationship.
