I am very skeptical of any study aid that promises to provide exhaustive and practical information pertaining to medicine. I was, however, extremley impressed by Instant Pharmacology. Not only was it useful when I was taking my exams in Harvard but it was easy to read. The quiz at the back of the book helped me to chart my progression and gave me confidence that I was not wasting my time. I doubt I will find a better book that covers such a complex topic in such an accessible manner. If all study aids were as practical and comprehensive as this one, students such as myself would not find ourselves scanning library shelves at midnight for a hundred books when we have the information all in one. Seek this book out. Your exams results will reflect it!
