These heat packs are really phenomenal for lower back pain and joint pain. I have mild arthritis and chronic back pain and these heat packs help the pain significantly. They are amazing because they can be re-used. The other ones can get costly if your using them all the time however with these I can travel around with them and when I need heat I just click the button and they instantly heat up. Once used I re-charge it in boiling water and use it again. I've done that now almost 10 times. Great quality and I would recommend to others who need heat therapy.

I've been looking for some hand warmers to use when I work outside (I work on a farm). These really don't get that hot. AND only last about 15 minutes max. If you have looking to use it for back pain as it appears all the other reviews are, then it might be okay. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING SERIOUS FOR HUNTING/OUTDOORS, DON'T BUY THIS ONE. Also, tried returning my product, BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE WANT CALL ME BACK! AMAZON IS GREAT TO WORK WITH, BUT ON THIS PRODUCT, I HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY AND THEY WON'T EMAIL ME BACK. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY@!!!!!!

This product was perfect for relief from soreness in my joints. It is easy to use and because it's reuseable it cuts down my trips to the store for conventional heat pads.

This is a wonderful item for anyone with Raynaud's Disease. They stay hot for longer than 30 minutes, probably closer to an hour or so. Just boil them for 15 minutes & they're ready for re-use!

The delivery time was very fast. Seems like I ordered them & then they were in my mailbox - very fast service.

You won't be disappointed with this product or the delivery time!!

Works exactly as expected. A little fragile, it's easy to accidentally activate it. Though I bought it for a science experiment.

This product is fantastic! I now own a total of 3 and they are in constant use. They are portable, easy to use and great quality. They re-charge within less than 10 minutes in boiling water and retain heat for hours.

This heat pack is as cool as it is convenient. So you press the metal disk in this heat pack and within about 2 seconds the gel-like liquid become a bunch of dense but still malleable heat-emitting crystals. It's amazing to watch and fantastic to have it heat up so quickly. Once it cools down (the better part of the heat lasts about 45 minutes) you throw the pack in boiling water and the crystals melt back to their liquid form. Of course, the pack is hot and this point and usuable. But once the gel cools back down, you can press the disk again and - presto! - hot crystals again (in about 2 seconds). Amazing!
