Brad Sugars was born in the city of Brisbane in Australia on May 28, 1971. Today he is a well known international business speaker, author and entrepreneur.

Brad Sugars came from humble beginnings and is a self made multi-millionaire most famous for his global business coaching franchise ActionCOACH.

Along with his family, one of the biggest influences in his life is Jim Rohn. Brad often tells audiences the tale of how as a teenager he scrimped and saved his allowance in order to afford tickets to a Jim Rohn seminar while friends his own age were enjoying spending their money on games and movies. Despite being the youngest person in the audience, the result of his attendance was life changing. During the seminar, Brad recalls when Jim Rohn told the audience to "Work harder on yourself than you do on your job."

Brad Sugars is an avid reader of non-fiction business books and ever since his attendance at this seminar has read an average of one book per week.

He himself has written 14 business books published under the McGraw Hill brand. Called the Instant Success Series - the books were originally custom published. When McGraw Hill bought the international publishing rights in 2006 it was at the time the largest multi-business book deal with a single author.

This is one of 3 books that every one of my clients get from me. This is basically the system for recruiting and building your dream team. It's one of the most powerful books in Brad's collection and I highly advise any business owner, manager, or supervisor to have a copy and use it as a guide for building and working with their team.

Brad Sugars does an excellent job of showing the independent how to find a successful team. In todays business world, team is one of the biggest challenges facing company expansion. Brad introduces great methods designed to help COE's and business owners refine their selection methods. His direct method of presentation is refreshing and informative. I recommend this read to anyone trying to find the right mix in their business, especially in todays world shorthanded staffing and endless dollars spent on hiring the wrong person.

Great book, has some really good team building strategies. simple but effective. Also some great ideas on 'Getting the beliefs right.
