Using this short study in a small group. Has been easy to use and quick to go thru during each session. Very eye-opening even to someone who has read lots of books on anger. Christian based...(yes, Christians are human, we get angry - learning its a God given emotion that something is wrong, usually not the surface issue that set off the anger.) Helps us dig a bit deeper.
