Sadly, the first review of this book is a criticism of Amazon's shipping practices, not of this book. This book wonderful. I learned so much from this book that I myself eventually found institutions to be the key factor in how well economies perform. This book is written well and is not too technical. The professional, academic, and lay reader can all benefit from Clague's work.
