I use this resource often while seeing patients in the office. I frequently use it as a resource for home exercise programs, which many patients love. Especially those who cannot or do not necessarily require a physical therapy visit, the handouts are invaluable. The pathology/anatomy overview is helpful to patients, too.

Thorough but easily understood instructions for patients on a lot of topics.
Some common conditions are not covered, and many of the covered conditions are typically surgical in nature. Overall I am very satisfied. |
