I listened to samples at soothingmusic.com and the first track "Dream Garden" caught my attention, especially towards the end so I listened to more and found myself drifting into some of my lifes sweetest memories. I decided that I had to have this album and now that I've listened to it several times at work on the computer, it's truly remarkable. The melodies are simple but powerful and not at all intrusive. This CD is worth so much more than the price I paid for it because it has done more than just make my day go better. It has renewed my faith and I geuss you could say it is gradually becoming a soundtrack to my own life. I hope you are reading this Mehdi cause as your music plays in the background I am writing from my heart!

I had no doubts that I would love this CD, since I already had one and couldn't wait to get a second one! I share my Mehdi CD's at work, and I knew this second CD would assure that I had Mehdi to listen to while loaning the other one (couldn't handle a work day passing without listening). I have since purchased every one of these awesome CDs and although I have my favorites, they are all quality compositions.All Of the music pulls at your heartstrings while provoking good thoughts. No matter which one you choose,If you love soulful flute, piano, Guitar and much more, you must get this music. I have never listened to anything that emotionally moves me anymore than this music does. Be good to yourself and purchase it!!

Wonderful, emotional blend of percussion and instruments. I continue to be impressed by Mehdi's exceptional, diversified musical talents: Piano, string instruments, wind instruments - all employed with a gifted understanding of balance. The tracks complement each other, as they blend perfectly from one to the next. This album would make a friend of Mehdi to anyone and although this is one of my favorite albums I do agree with the reviewers who suggest Mehdi's new CD Instrumental Heaven as a great starter,but only because it's a new release.

I read recommendations of Mehdi's music while searching for music for my Yoga classes. The samples indicated this is what I am looking for. But believe, like one other reviewer said, the full length tracks are much, much more than the samples - remember the trailers where the movie is no more than them; I went ahead and bought the whole set and I don't regret it. I was wondering six CDs from the same artist tend to have repetitions, but not this artist. Truly original and outstanding.. some of the songs are a bit pacy for a Yoga class but keep the volume down a bit; other than for a Yoga class this is great for just relaxing. This is one artist I would recommend a thousand times and more..

I bought Volume 1 of MEHDIs music, and, after 2 days, ordered the rest without even looking at the reviews or listening to samples. And I am not disappointed. On every CD MEHDI creats brilliant and enchanting instrumental music that promises to captivate you!
Although I prefer some of MEHDIS cds over the other, all of them are great and a must have for any instrumental lovers CD collection, and volume two is certainly no exception!

Along with Instrumental Dream Vol. 1, this cd is also a fine piece of work by who we'd call a, "truly inspirational and aspiring artist of the Ambient-New Age genre." Mehdi's first cd made a very large impact on its' listeners and it would seem his fire has not burn out. He still possesses the heart of gold in creating such fine music that touches its' listeners and at the same time, alleviates stress and sorrow. As my review for Instrumental Dream Vol. 1 explains, Mehdi's work and talent is neither predictable nor boring and it is proven in Instrumental Odyssey Vol. 2. Continuing to amaze his fans, Mehdi is a true inspiration not only with his music, but with his devotion and dedication in helping his listeners develop peace and inner strength.

I originally bought this album when I was a first year university student. I remember playing it over and over with my new found friends thinking I was soooo relaxing! Well, it's some 5 years later now, and I don't have as much stress, however, I do worry about ever losing my copy of this CD, because even 5 years later it sounds as fresh and as soothing as it did all that time ago. Whenever I feel down in the dumps this is the best CD in the world to put on and just forget about everything else! truly a masterpiece that will be around for many more years to come I hope.

This album is so soothing yet full of life and as you listen to each of it's 10 wonderful songs you keep thinking that it can't get better, but it just does. Rarely does something move me enough to take the time to write about it, but this album has become a sound track to my life. I use it while at work on the computer and it takes the stress out of my job.suprisingly I just don't seem to tire of it. I found Mehdi via Amazon, looking for something similar to Loreena McKinnet's instrumentals. Never mind the one or two reviewers who label this as elevator music. A cheap rendition of Copa Cabana fills that category, and Mehdi is nowhere near that end of the spectrum. Any song from Mehdi's collection is in itself unique and colorful. The music flows softly, allowing you to use it for any occasion: reading, studying, writing, dinner parties, driving, etc. I've even used it for background music while on the computer. It is soothing, calming, and brings to mind your own images of what each note represents to you, personally. I describe it as a soundtrack for your life. Since I found several songs on each cd sample I liked, I went ahead and bought the gift set. It's worth every penny and all of them are unique. Once you hear these melodies, Mehdi will not fail to accompany your every adventure.

This music is so good it lifts the hair on the back of my neck.Listen to the samples, then BUY this. You won't be sorry. Sheer joy to listen to. Not a bad track on it. Can't stop listening.
