I had a set of six of these from years ago and used them regularly. They were in the dishwasher at least twice a week. Three of them began to gather condensate on the inside. I checked with Tervis, mailed them back and got three free replacements in no time. It's refreshing to see a company stand behind their product.

This is a well made product, perfect for using at your desk as it doesn't sweat! I fill it with ice and use it in my car during hot summer months and the ice melts slowly. I have cold beverage almost all day! Can be used with lids and a straw!

We live on Kauai which is truly Paradise EXCEPT when you pour yourself something nice and cold to drink. Then ... the dripping begins! But not with these glasses! They are really great! No more water running down the glass to drip on our clothes; the drinks stay colder longer; no more soggy coasters. Truly Paradise now. :)

Most of our friends have Tervis tumblers so I wanted some that would be different from theirs. I ordered several different ones and, in fact, didn't need them all. I gave some away as gifts. We all love them. I got some tops at a local store and like to use them at times. Outdoors it keeps the ice frozen longer.

Once you use Tervis tumblers it will be hard to go back to sweating, non-insulation drinkware. There are sizes for all sizes and needs - love the product

I don't like the feel of plastic one bit but I have to say these have almost the richer feel of glass with none of the fragile elements!

I put scalding water in immediately. My hand felt nothing!

Colors are beautiful. Choices are excellent even black. Condensation ZERO.

I'd just like a tumbler size between the 16oz and the Big T 24oz.

I love these tumblers! Love the colors. Great for hot coffee or ice tea! Do not sweat, so therefore no circles on my furniture. Dishwasher safe and have washed in my dishwasher, so far, no problems. Most of all I love the fact they are made in the USA and have a lifetime warranty. I like them so much that I just ordered another set.

These work great! Just what I was looking for. Unfortunately, one of them came in cracked and the first time I washed it I had water between the inner and outer material. Tervis has an unlimited warranty, so at least I am able to send it in to be replaced, but not without having to pay for the shipping and time/energy it takes to get it there.

I use Tervis glasses at home in Florida and ordered 2 sets as gifts for relatives in Ohio. The glasses arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The relatives love them now too. Thanks for the great product, price and service.

This plastic glasses are great. They NEVER sweat. They are pricey, but we love 'em. If you love ice filled glass and hate sweaty glasses - this is the fix. Buy them!
