I have two of these lunchboxes (the ladybug & penguin), and I think they are super cute. They are a bit on the small side, however, so they don't work for large lunches. BUT, the bigger issue is that lunch boxes that look exactly like these ones, and made by the same manufacturer have been found by the Center for Environmental Health to have high levels of lead.[..]. I haven't tested ours, but I'm no longer using them for kids lunches.

I bought this and the penquin to use as surprise boxes for my kindergarten classes. They are both very cute. The kids love them.
