Clubs are great but don't match online picture but are still great looking and a great price. The hybrids and irons have steel shafts and hit well. The three drivers have graphite shafts. The bag is excellent with lots of pockets and easy stand use. These are the perfect learning clubs and the only down point is the grips but at this price they work great and you get use to them.

As you can see from the title, I am a new golfer. I started taking lessons about a week ago and I received the Intech clubs this week and took them on the range yesterday. The first thing that struck me about the set was the quality of the clubs. They are well made and aesthetically pleasing. I particularly love the irons due to their heft which comes from the steel shafts. Don't get me wrong the driver and woods are tremendous as well however the graphite shaft, because of its light weight, takes a little getting used to. This of course has no bearing on the clubs themself, which really are terrific, but on my lack of a golf game at the moment. So, if you are looking for your first set of clubs or trying to replace hand me downs I definitely believe that the Intech Aspect XL 3/9 is the place to start.

I also wanted to add that in the product description it states that the clubs comes with golf balls, tees, and ball markers. This seems to be a typo because these items are not included in the package, however, everything else in the description is accurate. This is definitely no deal breaker because no set of clubs come with these extras (that I could find anyway). If you decide to get the Intech's I highly doubt that you will be disappointed. I was looking to take up golf as a new hobby. I wanted to start simple and find a complete set of clubs for a cheap price. After several weeks of searching and a lot of convincing of my wife I settled on the Intech Aspect. The set comes with a all the necessary clubs you could need (Driver, 3 and 5 woods, hybrid iron 4 and 5, 6-9 irons, pitching wedge, great putter). It also include a versatile stand-up bag, club head covers, and a few golf balls to start right away. It was also wonderful going through Amazon directly and saved even more on Super-Saver shipping. Now, if I can only find the time to hit the links.

Got the clubs and they were great for a beginner set, price is great clubs okay..Well...after playing 3x the 9 iron head flew off...played the following week and the 7 did the same thing..no I'm not whacking the ground..just flew off when I hit the ball..and of course it has been more than 30 days so I can't return them..

For what you pay - it's unbeatable.
I'm using this as a extra set for use when I'm at work (work outside my home country for 6 months a year). It is not as good as my "normal" set (Hippo Hex) but suits my needs for practice clubs.

If you are a beginner and don't want to spend too much when starting, then this small set is perfect as it won't empty your wallet and is it absolutely not as bad as the price could indicate (this set is better than one of my previous sets which was 3 times the price).

It's ok for a beginner which I am. But the very first time the driver was used, it broke! Not due to hitting on the ground or anything like that. It just snapped. Never would have believed it. The other clubs are fine, so still rate the entire set 3 stars - ok for the price paid.

If you're looking for a beginner's golf set, this one is for you! I purchased a set after realizing that I will not escape the sport of golf. Rather than rent a set at your local golf course, just get this decent set which is reasonably priced. It pays for itself after five to six rounds! I'm an Amazon Prime shopper so two-day shipping was free. I was initially leaning toward the cheapest one like the Inferno Titanium Complete Men's Golf Club Set with Bag, but if you factor in the quality and speed of shippping, this one's the best deal.

I bought these for Xmas for my son. I just received these and they have square heads. They don't even come close to matching the picture of the product. If my son doesn't like them, they'll be going back.
