Useful for the laity, too!,

The founder of a relatively new congregation of Catholic priests, the author prepared this material for his participation in the Synod of Bishops on the Priesthood several years ago. It's used a textbook in many seminaries worldwide, but definitely has broader applications --particularly the sections on prayer and spiritual direction. Actually, it is in print from a small press: the Center for Integral Formation in CT.
