I used to teach Yoga at the Integral Yoga Institute back in the early 70's. I can attest to the fact that this is faithful to the original program. As I watch my 20 something daughter search for good yoga classes I can only say that I wish more of today's yoga classes held such a good balance of the spiritual (but not heavy-handed) and the meditative and physical as is found in this little book.

this book is amazing,and it has step by step visuals which for me, is perfect! im going to enjoy learning the different poses and would reccomend it to any beginner. the images were a little odd at first, being a bearded man with only a 70's pair of gym shorts on, but its what you learn that counts.
