If your looking into learning Chinese, and are seeking a textbook to guide the learning process, look no further. I am currently using this book, and couldn't be more satisfied. My Chinese is improving faster than I could have ever imagined. Very satisfied student!

This book is a great compliment to the Textbook and the Character Workbook. The CD's are a necessity, in my opinion and I feel like they should be included as package deal. I had to purchase everything separately. I love the exercises, but there is no way for me to know if my answers are correct without me purchasing yet another book...the Teacher edition. Other than that, I am enjoying this workbook....but, the CD's are a necessary addition for learing on your own.

Very rich working material but a very bad side is that there is no student key, that is a huge mistake i think. Otherwise this book can be used both in teacher handled or self studies. I really like it.

this was required for a class so I didn't have much choice in terms of the book, but it's pretty good.
