Never arrived and seller never responded to my email,

I ordered this book in early Aug for a class that was to begin on Sept 1st. Latest estimated arrival date was listed as Aug 31st so figured I would be safe. When it was still not here by that date, I emailed the seller to ask if it was still coming and never received a response. Now my class has started and I have no book and am scrambling to try to find a replacement for it. This just is not ok.
