This product works, it's soy free, and I trust the maker.

I purchased PI on the recommendation of Dr. Sara Gottfried, who has just come out with a book called "The Hormone Cure." She recommends it to reduce cortisol. I noticed I was calmer throughout the day. It seemed I slept better. I bought this particular brand because it was soy-free. Soy can increase estrogen, which is not good if you are estrogen dominant.
Also, most soy is gmo. I was also impressed this product did not use magnesium sulfate for encapsulation, as it slows down absorption.

I won't be switching brands any time soon. Yes, these are expensive. However, if you are picky about your supplements, you don't regret the extra dollars spent.

I previously used the Solgar Phosphatidylserine and I was generally happy with them. My only issue with Solgar was that the pill capsules would leak and stain my hands...even when stored in a cool area.

This brand does not leak, the liquid capsules are small and easy to swallow, and I've noticed less of a taste in my mouth after taking these vs the Solgar version.

As for their claims of mental acuity and "helps with exercise," I can vouch for both of these. Since taking this brand, I've noticed that my general ability to function in the morning (on meetings, phone calls, etc) is through the roof. I can recall words much faster, I have a ton of mental energy, and I feel less tired after the gym. I'm a huge Ray Kurzweil fan (following the recommendations on supplementation given in his book Transcend) and I supplement with just one pill daily.

Pros:
- Easy to swallow
- Will not leak and stain
- No noticeable taste after taking
- Noticeable boost in mental acuity (especially in the mornings)
- More energy in the gym
- Soy free! Yay!

Cons
- A pricey buy for minimal improvement over the competitors.

We have found that Phosphatidylserine works very well for our family. We take one capsule a
few hours before bed and then one right before bed. It helps with the "can't sleep because my mind is racing" syndrome, as well as the wake in the middle of the night with same. My daughter has tested intolerant of soy - and it is very difficult to find soy free PS. This company makes a good soy free product and the shipping is prompt and always ahead of schedule.

For quite some time, my memory was awful. So bad, I was thinking I had brain cancer. This product works, it's soy free, and I trust the maker. Just don't forget to take it!

These were recommended by my doctor since I'm sensitive to soy. It is the only soy-free I have found for a Phosphatidylserine supplement.

Phosphatidyl Serene helps with memory in general, and with the ability to recall things faster. The difference between taking it and not taking it is noticable to say the least. Soy based phosphatidyl choline is slightly cheaper. But, I am trying to limit the amount of soy in my diet, and these work for me.
