I complain because the cases are very long. I wonder whether they could be edited down a bit. But the great thing about this casebook is the sample problems included. It makes you start thinking about possible exam questions, which is very useful.

Has a lot of good info and cases for introduction into intellectual property. If you really like IP then you will really enjoy this text, others may find it a bit boring.

I felt very comfortable with the case selection and general tone of this textbook. However, the order of the sections seemed confusing, especially in sections of the book where there were few cases.
