Other reviews have summed up how well the features of this metronome work, but I thought I would add my perspective as a drummer.

I've been drumming for seven years, but this is my first time every playing with a metronome.

Drums are incredibly loud in the first place, and I play pretty hard, so I use earplugs. This metronome's speaker is very loud on full volume, but not quite loud enough to hear clearly over full-blast drumming.

Fortunately, the metronome has a headphone jack (1/8'' mono). I have seen some complaints about metronomes that only come out one side the headphones, but I really don't mind. With earplugs in under my headphones (~$80 over-ear style), the metronome is plenty loud. At full volume, it's too loud for me.

You can choose from 1 to 7 beats per measure, and there are 8 different rhythms (tick-tock-tock-tock; tick-tick-tick-tick; etc.). Because of all these options, it's really handy that there are two memory settings. For example, I can keep Metronome 1 on a 5-beat pattern at 220bpm and Metronome 2 on a 4-beat pattern at 180.

This metronome is everything I want in a metronome as a drummer. Its versatility is worth the slightly high price.

This is a good digital metronome. I purchased it for my job (research lab). Of course, I found cheaper models, but this one works really well for training mice. I'm sure if I had more time to shop around a bit more, I could have found a cheaper one to do the same thing. It is a worthy investment though.

I love it. I'm the envy of my drum class. My drum teacher liked it so much, I am ordering another for him as a gift.

I haven't had this Intelli very long, but I do like it thus far. The drone gets quite loud, and it is easy to use. However, this device does not include an actual "tuner," just a drone function. That's my fault for not reading the description closely enough, but I guess I just assumed that like most other metronome/tuner duos, this Intelli would include an actual tuner. Otherwise, it's my favorite metronome/tuner yet.

I ordered this to replace my original Intelli with the hygrometer/thermometer which ate batteries at such a ferocious rate that it had to be run from DC power supply. Thankfully, this one has no such problem. This is one of the loudest on the market and has several rhythmic settings. The "A" and "B" metronome settings is somewhat useful. Good value for money

This pitch pipe is great for individual practice. It's really nice to have such a great range of tones. The volume is loud enough to hear when I am singing to make sure I am not losing pitch. I had hoped my chorus could use it in place of the ones which are falling apart. Unfortunately, the pause button does not keep the pipe silent while changing pitches and makes it unsuitable for that use. Otherwise, the pipe is great and nicely priced!
