This is an excellent toothbrush. I previously had a Sonicare and decided to upgrade. The smaller head gives you much better maneuverability and I love the dispensing toothpaste. However, I have never used such expensive toothpaste!!! $8.69 at Amazon for six, and each one lasts only about 2 weeks! This is waaay too expensive for toothpaste. I just hope that Crest brings the price down.

I couldn't resist buying this model when my old Sonicare died. It is very nice but could be better. Changing the toothpaste is not real convenient and it seems to get much more dirty inside the toothbrush which requires one to take it apart and clean it often. The toothbrush works great but toothpaste is hard to find in the local stores. I wonder how well it is selling and if Sonicare will stay committed to keeping us supplied with brushes and toothpaste for this setup.

Everytime I use toothpaste I feel like I have just came back from the dentist after getting my teeth cleaning done. I like whitening one over the mint one. Whitening one make me feel more fresh.

The crest refills are exorbitantly priced compared to other toothpastes. However, they are necessary to the Intelliclean Sonicare, which is wonderful.

Intelliclean toothpaste refills. They are very wasteful because the Intelliclean toothbrush shows it as empty when there is plenty of toothpaste left in the tube. They are also expensive. I am going to call Sonicare and find out if regular toothpaste can be used on the Intellicare toothbrush instead.
