I read it at first very skeptically but as it continues it begins to make good sense. The idea that we were created by ETs who are humans like us shocked me at first, but overall it puts together the pieces of the Big Puzzle better than any idea I've encountered so far. Definitely worth a read.

I really loved that book! It answered many questions for me about the origins of life and has given me a renewed sense of hope for the future of our humanity. I highly recommend it to anyone young and old !

I actually read this in 1992 under a different title and was skeptical. But it launched me into several years of reading other books on related topics. Since then, I've read easily over 100 books on religion, science, cosmology etc. In my opinion, this one presents the most plausible option explaining how life appeared on Earth. And, it does it in simple terms. It reconciles the schism between religion and science but agrees with niether completely,
pointing out some of the many contraditictions and unreconciled matters within both paradigms and even within their own belief systems.

Of course most people are not ready to hear such an option as we are really "cultified" when we are children, educated to believe in a god or in evolution. Heck, simply do to being taught to respect the preacher AND the teacher, most people actually believe in both evolution AND a god.

I highly recommend this book to ANYone who ever had a question about religion, science, UFOs, cosmology and humanity's purpose.

This book was written in 1973, yet it speaks so clearly of the situation on Earth in 2006. I have always thought the Bible, Koran, Buddist Text, and other ancient text were important and needed to be read. This explanation of these texts by the Elohim ties it all together. One Race= Human One Goal= Consciouness.
For years I felt this way, thanks to RAEL I know that I was right all along. Many people have tried to steer me away from reading this information for myself, I am not quite sure what there agenda may be. Maybe its fear, maybe its control, maybe just plain ignorance. What I do know is this.
Humanity is at a turning point, people are moving away from modern religious dogma, longing for something more. People realizing there are truths about the universe that we now can understand,thanks to science. RAEL is dedicatied to Humanity and dedicated to peace, love and consciouness.
I researched him at his website at [...] and found more brilliant writings, videos and seminars. My life has changed, my conscious has grown.

The most intelligent book I have ever read ! Finally an explanation on our origins which explains rationally the observed facts without mysticism. A breath of fresh air vs the myth of Evolution and Almighty God beliefs. It also demystifies and unites all religions together with science.

If you are a curious and open minded person who can think by himself, as a free thinker, this book is the best investment of your time you can ever do. It may also bring you hope that we can bring Humanity to make a real paradise on earth for everyone.

Ok, no matter what side of the Evolution/Intelligent Design argument you fall on, just how many of you believe that little space aliens came down and turned monkey type humanoids into thinking modern humans by breeding with them.
This "book" claims that a little french man was contacted by the original aliens, turning him into a modern day messiah to spread the word of the aliens (why not just land and tell us yourselves eh?)
The aliens are the "Elohim" who ancient halfbreed monkey/alien people mistakenly thought were gods.

Oh it is just hilarious! The poor little french man Rael who wrote this book must be seriously delusional! It smacks of wannabe L. Ron Hubbard...

Lets face it, scientist, atheist, christian, whatever you are, you are not seriously going to be sucked into the mad rantings and ravings of a severely deluded cult leader who tries to convince you that we are alien animal halfbreeds. Aside from the obvious it begs the question which aliens created the aliens??? LOL!
