About the Author

Kevin Keasey is Professor of Financial Services at the University of Leeds and Director of the International Institute of Banking and Financial Services. Robert Hudson and Kevin Littler are Senior Researcher Fellows at the International Institute of Banking and Financial Services. Both are also experienced as practitioners.
