David McArthur's book brings incredible wisdom and compassion to some of the most difficult areas of the human experience. You learn not only useful, day to day tools for self-understanding and enrichment, but look also at the greater vista of your life and come away feeling empowered and at peace. Doing more than teaching, David shares anecdotes and insights from his own journey, leaving you feeling that in addition to having met a teacher, you have gained a friend. What makes this book especially touching is that it also represents the culmination of his father's work, which David and his father worked on up until his father's death, and David then finished posthumously. I can't recommend it enough- may it change your life as it changed mine.

I purchased this book after having the opportunity to hear David McArthur talk about the "HeartMath process." He is incredibly inspiring. He has met some incredible life changes and shared one of his life's challenges. Specifically, his wife being murdered a year prior to his graduation from law school. His parents studied the Edgar Cayce readings and a great deal of this work comes from their many years of research. David is now a Unity Minister and found the "HeartMath" process through questioning and sharing.

I have ready many books on The Law of Attraction and spirituality. This book offers insight to Universal Laws and actually provides the reader with real instruction on how to recharge and reconnect with your God energy. There are real processes here for how to deal with those real life situations that we get caught in and how to stop things like obsession and worrying! This is one of those books that I will recommend, read and refer to over and over! It will definately change the way that you approach your life and the world! It most certainly will help you to feel more connected with what is happening around you.

I found the book to be extremely well thought out. It covers material that at first seems unsubstantial, but if you really pay attention to what is being said, it is truly profound and very, very deep. A wise teacher once told me not to be a "once-er", meaning, don't read a book only once, but many times, and make notes in the margins. Don't be afraid to really mark up the book and re-read it many times. Good advise for any good book, and this book certainly fits the bill. Highly recommended for those on the path.
