This phone had all the features I was looking for: caller ID display, call waiting/caller ID, flashing indicator light when you have a voice mail message (which is hard to find on a phone that does not have a built-in answering machine) and the display lit up.

The only problem was that the sound quality was poor. It sounded as if the person on the other end of the line was very far away - sort of a hollow sound. This sounded the same to the person on the other end of the line. The handset volume adjustment only had two settings and the low was too quiet and the high was too loud. I ended up returning this phone because of the poor sound quality.

I have owned the phone for a few weeks now and really have no complaints. The sound quality is really good on mine. I like that it has a light which flashes when you have a message waiting for you. The display lights up very well when a call comes in. The visibility of the display is very good showing the callers number. It also has the date time and tells you total calls. It has a fair amount of options where you can store a lot of phone numbers. It also has a spot for a headset. I work from home so I use that quite often for meetings where I can use the computer and talk freely. The port works well my headset comes in fine using it. The only thing I don't think it has is a speaker phone option. I would say that is the biggest set back. Since it does have the head set jack it's not a big deal but it would be nice if it had one. Overall I would recommend this phone for the money. The price and what you get for it you can't complain at all.
