Axe Intense De-Glue - Not for Guys Only!!,
By Geanna (Virginia) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Axe Intense De-glue Shampoo, 12-Ounce Bottle (Pack of 3) (Health and Beauty)
My teenage son has long Fabio-type hair and he swears by this product. I decided to try it on my very long hair and I love, love it! It leaves our hair super-clean, shiny, soft, and flowing with tons of volume. I use it every day and have got nothing but compliments. I am also using this as a body scrub and my husband has been commenting on how "fresh and clean" I smell. Can't beat that...

Axe de-glue shampoo works very well. It cleans deep in my scalp to get rid of dandruff and oil. I love it. Shipped fast with Amazon Prime.

Not for me.,

This is just my experience, not an attack on the company or others' experiences, seeming as most of the reviews are positive here then this product probably just didn't suit my hair personally.First of all, it smells really nice and clean as shampoos usually do. But the liquid is very thick and when I put it on my hair it was like I was rubbing glue into it. The bottle says 'de-glue' but the liquid actually felt like glue to me. It's not smooth like other shampoos and made it stiff and hard to comb afterwards, and when I squeezed my hair it sounded like squeezing celophane. Now I have been out of the shower for a while my hair feels less stiff than before which is good. On the plus side it is supposed to clean your hair really well so I suppose it does that, but I would not try it again.

Yes I am a women who is using this product, i ran into this at a local shop intown, because i ran out of something else i had. Looked in the aisle to see if i can find the shampoo i needed, but they ran out. i then thought to myself, thinking that shampoo for men would do me good, because the mens shampoo has alot of products for oily hair. so i decided to try this Axe products, and found it working in my hair, is also smells like irish springs soap.pros, works great on hair cons, comercials are lying that it will attract females if you start using axe(I only threw that in for fun)

I think this shampoo is too rough for daily use, but good for a thorough twice-weekly clean if you work out regularly.

This Shampoo Has *Scrubbing***Beads*!,

The AXE INTENSE DE-GLUE SHAMPOO has scrubbing beads in it. This is the first shampoo that I've encountered with micro beads to exfoliate your scalp! It's green and pretty thick, so only a little squirt gives you a lot of lather, and it has that fresh and clean scent that seems to be in all AXE products. Anyway, it cleans really well and gets out all the gunk from styling products and such. The AXE commercials are funny and border on stupid, but their products are pretty good. I also like Axe Whatever Messy Look Paste, 2.64-Ounce Jars (Pack of 3) and/or Axe Refined Clean-cut Look Pomade, 2.64-Ounce Jars (Pack of 3). |
