holds lots of fruit and large bananas and still fits under the counter
doesn't tip over if there are just bananas
only drawback, if fruit gets a bit soft the metal rings cut into it

All of the thicker pieces are solid. Welds and plating are well-done. Expect some flex in the smaller diameter wires, and they are a bit thin for supporting soft items like ripe tomatoes or peaches.

Very nice quality and fits in nicely with other stainless/chrome products that I already have on the countertop. Open basket allows fruit to breathe.

Great product. Sturdy and looks nice. When hanging bananas, you can't pile up too much fruit in the basket (about 5 apples). Would recommend this product.

This is exactly what I was looking for for my bananas and fruit. It's sturdy and looks great on my counter. The price is great, too!

This chrome fruit basket looks great on my counter. Looks very sleek and modern. However, I have noticed that the wires at the bottom of the bowl really do a number on delicate skinned fruits like apples, pears, mangos, etc. The wire busts the skin on these types of fruits from the weight of the fruit itself. Even if you have heavy oranges the wire will leave an indentation on them. I am looking for some type of padded liner to place in the bottom that doesn't affect the look of the basket but will allow it to serve it's intended use.

Great for fruit..it is a little larger so depends on the size you are looking for whether this works for you or not.

The holder is a little extra shiny, doesn't quite match our stainless steel goods, but it balanced our bananas perfectly w/o falling over.

Excellent! Fits 8 apples, a bunch of bananas and some tangerines without looking over crowded. Love it, very high quality.

What can I say, it's a banana hanger...
Pros: Doesn't fall over when only bananas are hanging
Cons: Really?, it's a banana hanger for crying out loud!
Summary: If you need to hang bananas, then it does that well. If you need to hang something else, then look elsewhere.
