5.0 out of 5 stars Intercultural training field explained, September 18, 2000
This review is from: Intercultural Services: A Worldwide Buyer's Guide and Sourcebook (Managing Cultural Differences) (Hardcover)
I've been in the intercultural training field for 18 years and Mr. Wederspahn's book, "Intercultural Services," is the most thorough survey of the entire field I've ever read. Employees working in International Human Resources will treasure this book like they would the crown jewels, because it will save them thousands of hours of research. Mr. Wederspahn has provided answers to all of the obvious questions faced by IHR employees who are trying to set up intercultural training programs, as well as a list of not-so-obvious questions.

The book will also be of interest to students who wish to become intercultural trainers, as well as to entrepreneurs who are looking for new ways to present cross-cultural material in this rapidly expanding field.
