I bought this item thinking that because of its simplicity it would work well.

Truth is the product underperforms:

- The plunger seal leaks gas
- There is no anti-return valve, so be prepared to push hard and not let go if injecting oil in a charged system.
- The syringe walls are too thin, they will stress crack.

You get what you pay for.

it is a good product if the freon level is very low, but it does not work well on a system that has close to a full charge of freon. do not forget to prime the connector with oil before connecting and injecting!
