Book Description

July 25, 1995 0750622288 978-0750622288
The pace of the book is such that the reader is encouraged to run the programs and experiment with C. The principles precede the applications in most cases in an attempt to provide genuine understanding and encourage further development. Students can gain much from hands-on experience and are able to climb steep learning curves with the minimum amount of assistance. The many programs included in the text provide that hands-on experience. Some of the programs inevitably become rather lengthy, so a disk of source code is also available to accompany this text. The aim of the book, however, is to give the reader enough confidence to rewrite and improve these programs.

3.0 out of 5 stars Not enough depth, March 23, 2011

This review is from: Interfacing With C (Paperback)
A fine book for the time, but now it is antiquated and needs an update.

The information is good but in certain places it does not go deep enough.

4.0 out of 5 stars Signal prosessing with C, June 8, 2007

(REAL NAME)
I first picked this book from the book store because I wanted to learn how to read I/O with C, but this book is more orientated on the processing of signals. The book actually became my introduction of digital signaling and this all with the nice tie into the actual application of digital signaling with C programming.
