This is handy for the layperson who is having trouble visualizing which colors go with what or for a decorator working with a client. In addition to the wheel itself, there's some useful basic advice on the progression of making color choices.

I really like how this wheel helps you coordinate colors together across and around the color wheel. It is also great that it has dark to light versions of each color. Easy to use for a non-professional like myself and really helped me pull my color schemes together in very professional looking results.

This was originally purchased to aid my wife with her flower arrangements, but we find that we're getting more use out of this terrific color selector than we had imagined. In addition, you get two of them, which should last a lifetime.

The color wheel is a great tool to have. It's helpful for so many things as color places a big part in everyones lives. This one is a great size and is sturdy. It's a great replacement for my old one.

This is a great tool to help those of us who are color challenged! I bought it to use for home decorating ideas and to know what colors look good together. The front of the wheel shows the color groups and it explains; one-color scheme,two-color scheme, multi-color schemes, and related (analogous) colors. The back has a full description on how colors work together. I would recommend this to anyone interested in learning more about color.

Believe it or not, this is one of the smarter purchases I've ever made. It has made a world of difference when I want to bring in another color into my world. I can bring in a direct compliment, or a split compliment. Before I bought this very inexpensive color wheel (under $10), I didn't even know what a color's compliment, not to mention a split compliment, was. If you love color in your home, you'll love this wonderful tool.

I was hoping for more color choices on the wheel. It helps coordinate colors but only gives different shades of basic colors. It is good quality.

Helpful but not as helpful as I hope. I thought it would help me more with color selection but, but being unsophisticated with color it only helped a little.

This is a very nice, basic color wheel. It comes in a plastic sleeve which is punched to fit into a 3 ring binder. The backside contains basic information about color values, combinations, decorator lingo, etc. For me this was definitely worth the $$$!

I was expecting something much more detailed with more colors. I got what it says I should get but I misunderstood what I was getting.
