excellent resource!
This book is an excellent resource for my entire class of graduate students. It has a wealth of information, and is easy to take along to sites, classes, etc. There are even pages for you to take notes on. It is organized well and easy to follow. You won't find everything you ever needed to know (and didn't need to know), but you will find essential and most-used...

Has great information, but print and graphics are extremely difficult to read.

This book is an excellent resource for my entire class of graduate students. It has a wealth of information, and is easy to take along to sites, classes, etc. There are even pages for you to take notes on. It is organized well and easy to follow. You won't find everything you ever needed to know (and didn't need to know), but you will find essential and most-used codes guidelines and dimensions for interior space.

This book was available at my schools library so I already new what it consisted of. The book, although small for its price, is very valuable for the inexperienced designer, well as a quick reference for general design information and codes. Its smaller size means I can take it to jobsites too.
