Spiritual growth, like physical growth requires exercise and good food. Trying to put the words of wisdom found in Holy Writ into practice is the exercise, reading and understanding as it was originally written is the good food as opposed to "canned" or prepackaged food. Everyone who can read and proclaims the name of Jesus as Lord would benefit from this book format. Peace and Love Bob
