I found this book to be extremely well done -- thorough, logically structured, and full of useful practice problems. The presentation of the statement of cash flow and earnings per share were particularly helpful (the reason, I am told, that my professor chose this text). I jumped into the second quarter of a two-quarter intermediate accounting course having had some practical experience but no prior academic background in accounting and would have been hopelessly lost without this book. Highly recommended.
