It's a good starter source for IF. However if you just did a little research on the web you could probably find a lot of info for free. Still you won't regret buying it. I read it and read and watched blogs and vlogs and have developed my own IF regimen that is showing good results quickly!

This is the second book I've bought from this author and it's even better than the first one!

I always thought that fasting with kids in the house would be tough but it's really easy once you know how.

I liked this new book because it talks more about iFasting for women and told me more about why we're so much more different to men when it comes to weight loss.

I don't have time to read boring text books, I just want to lose the weight! So this book is the peferct size for us busy moms. I'll admit my fasting had slacked off a bit and this latest book has inspired me to give it a decent try again.

Another 5 stars, you'll love it.
