"Meaty"
This book is the grand daddy of the clinical vignettes series. Try to grab a copy for it's cases. Useful for both USMLE Steps 2 & 3. You need to commit time to finish the book.

internal medicine pearls
i bought internal medicine pearls two weeks ago. nice book but topics they are discussing in this book are not common to medical practice.many cases in this book are related to rare disorder to see in general practice and it is more like acadamic rather than useful to daily practice.better to focus on more commonly seen disorder rather than very rare disease that...
