We start with warm-up exercises to properly prepare the mind and body. Next, workout to instructional aerobics with a martial arts flair. The self-defense segment, including the reenactment, follows this. Finish with cool down stretches to complete the workout.

Hosted by National Martial arts Champion James Sang Lee, Internal Power Self Defense is a superbly presented, four volume, instructional video series designed specifically for the novice martial arts student seeking the basics of personal self defense. Each volume features 30 minutes of full color, easy-to-learn, step-by-step, low-impact, clearly demonstrated martial arts instructions that include cool-down stretching processes after every lesson. Volume 1 (Home) provides protection instruction for anyone entrapped in a threatening situation within a home. Volume 2 (Jogger) focuses on dealing with being accosted while running or jogging out of doors. Volume 3 (ATM) is specific to dealing with attacks will using an ATM machine. Volume 4 (Parking Lot) offers martial arts defense techniques suited to dimly lit parking lots or garages whether alone or with a friend. Internal Power Self Defense is a very highly recommended, practical, and effective training course that is highly recommended for personal and public library martial arts studies collections.
