Each episode of the series includes a real life reenactment in which crimes are perpetrated. The victim defends themselves with the same movements used in this workout series.
Designed for the beginner and the most advanced. The movements are simple yet effective.
We start with warm-up exercises to properly prepare the mind and body. Next, workout to instructional aerobics with a martial arts flair. The self-defense segment, including the reenactment, follows this. Finish with cool down stretches to complete the workout.
