I have had the monitor for about a month, and it performs nicely. The picture is vivid and sharp. It has only a VGA connector, not DVI, but it performs well. I am pleased, but for the same money, I have found digital monitors with speakers. This is just a good monitor without any bells or whistles.

Firstly, I want to point out that the item was described on Amazon's website as a 22" monitor, where in fact it is a 21.5" monitor - I measured it. Aside from that minor piece of misinformation, this product is a superb piece of hardware. Currently, I am using it with my new Dell laptop. Interestingly enough, when I first hooked up my laptop to this monitor 2 weeks ago, the laptop and monitor auto-configured themselves to a resolution of 1680 by 1020. This resolution gave me far more real-estate in a widescreen format then I could ever hope to achieve on the laptop's, smaller, 15" semi-wide display. The graphics are unbeliveable crisp and the color is astounding on this monitor, especially when my laptop goes into screensaver mode with the slideshow. I paid somewhere in the neighborhood of 215.00 with free shipping and I highly recommend this product.

My monitor is all black vs the version with the silver base. I believe newer versions are this way.

The only reason I gave this monitor 4 stars is the lack of DVI. It would have been nice to have that option...

Nevertheless this monitor has great image quality. I got a smoking deal on it as well.

I watched a few HD trailers on it and wow. CLARITY. Some people swear by DVI connections, but this picture is very good. It has many picture adjustments as well.

I am pleased with the monitor and am happy with the purchase.

I wanted a big monitor for online gaming, and while this isn't as crisp as it could be, I blame that on my video card (i am using the oem one) and not the monitor. I think this was the easist installation of any monitor I have ever owend and it is beautiful and fun! GREAT price!

This monitor is probably one of the worst ones that I've owned. I was excited to take it out of the box and see it in operation when connected to my Mac. In spite of multiple attempts with the System Preferences and changes in resolution, the image quality was nowhere near the crisp display of the Mac Book. I am returning it.
