The linking of the international legal material to basic business curriculum concepts especially those related to marketing and finance is a definite plus. For example, the notion that market analysis can be used to assess risk when contemplating an international transaction helps to integrate what would otherwise be discrete areas of learning for students.
I chose this text because it focuses primarily on private international business law. The size of the text and the content it covers are more than adequate for a one semester undergraduate course. The selection of material allows for an adequate amount of flexibility in designing a course. The text is currently quite up to date.
