I purchased this book as a required text used in a course on International Cuisines at Galveston College. It was a well written book and provides the background history and culinary evolution of dishes common to that country with 10-15 recipes commonly found in each region. As a text book I will most likely keep it but if it hadn't been a required text I would have passed on buying it due to the cost and most of the recipes and historical information can easily be found online.

Have no words to explain the treatment I received from Papa's Bookstore on the process of receiving my book. I felt almost like family treatment. I received my book on time...actually way before I expected, the package I received the book was treated with much care. You clearly could see they took the time to wrap the book carefully. When I contact them to find out delivery information they replied immediately and they kept in contact with me even after I received the book. Very approachable! I needed my book for my culinary class and they had it delivered safely so I did not wasted class time. Thank you Papa's Bookstore, I loved doing business with them. I highly recommend them!!
