I am a serious collector of diecast so I couldn't pass up this truck for my 1/24 collection. I think it may be a little small for 1/24, maybe more like a 1/26 or something and has a lot of plastic however given what I paid for it I think it is a good value. Engine detail is pretty non existant and the same for the interrior however it looks good from a distance. Not a bad piece at all.

I let my son pick this truck out. Arrived in about week. The truck is very detailed. It will give you and your child a little better understanding as to how a wrecker truck works.
Its durable and will make it through most kids play. Although, the side mirrors will most likely fall off. Other than that, its a petty tuff truck. Price is OK. This is a good toy for your average kid.

It is quite detailed for what I paid. I would expect this from a $50-$60 model. The doors, hood, side boxes, and bed all open/move. For a die hard collector, it is a little simple, but for a toy it is delicate. If you are inbetween like me, it is perfet. Overall very satiesfied. It was a little bit of a pain finding a screwdriver to get it off the base.
