I had to buy this for a class and, for only a few dollars difference in price, I bought rather than rented the Kindle version.

The book itself seems to cover many key topics in international economics. However, it is rather dry - that said, what can one expect from an econ text book? On the other hand, I had the Samuelson/Nordhaus text Economics for undergraduate micro and macro and I'd give that at least one more star for readability (though it isn't an international economics text).

Further, it's not brilliantly set out for the Kindle - clearly the editor in charge of Kindl-izing it wasn't being paid a lot.

I had to use this book for a economics course. it is definitely better than most books out there, but not as straightfoward as I had imagined. There are many problems to solve after each chapter which are helpful and applicable to real life. Overall, a good book, but would prefer something more toned down.

I ordered this book because it's a requirement for a course I am taking - International Trade. It is a great book. It explains trade related issues principles well. The lecturer couldn't have picked a more appropriate book.
