A "must buy" for grilling! Even a novice (like me) can impress their friends and family by using this very user-friendly grilling guide. I love the idea of the ingredients being simply and found locally (no need for an international grocery store). I also found the pairing suggestions extremely helpful. Can't wait for the next collaborative cookbook!

What a great variety! Can't wait to test and taste the flavors with various meats. It'll be nice to offer something a bit more ethic and exotic to guests...it's highly unlikely they can just pick up these rubs, marinades and sauces at local grocery stores. Tastebuds get ready! :-)
