This book is a marvellous addition to my collection of books on the environment and sociology. It has brought a new focus to my research work. The "International Handbook of Environmental Sociology", contains a vast array of contributions from authors, with outstanding credentials, within the academic arena. The book is one of the most comprehensive I have had the priveledge of reading within the discipline of environmental sociology and takes the reader through the academic developments in environmental sociology over the last two decades. I have not regretted acquiring a copy of "The International Handbook of Environmental Sociology". |
