Everyone should read this book,
By Mark Jonson (Seattle, WA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: International Jew (Paperback)
This is really just one of those books everyone should read. It's highly relevant because Ford didn't have an axe to grind with anyone. He was an entreprenuer/auto magnate. Moreover, it was written by an American before Hitler and Mein Kampf, shattering the popular myth that "anti-semitism" had only existed since World War 2. The book more importantly speaks very candidily about jewish question and about it's influence in sports, theatre and press among other important topics. Its certainly worth everyone's time to read it.

The Days of Wine and Whiskey,
By
This review is from: International Jew 4 Volumes Reprint (Paperback)
This book is a fourth in a series printed in the DEARBORNE INDEPENDENT in 1922; it was the era of Prohibition. Ford spends three detailed chapters discussing the developments in the liquor business in his time. He begins by stating there was a time when man took pride in his creations. Wine and whiskey were no exceptions. He was quite patient in the use of natural substances, water and time to yield a product of the finest quality. The fact that these creations might haven taken ten years was no obstacle. The smoothness of the finished product was his goal. The amount of money made was secondary.
However, the Jew found that he could make the product in three or four hours. He added drugs, a few chemicals, and coloring. The result was "pure poison." Delirium tremens was now seen for the first time, along with suicide and domestic violence. Even with the onset of prohibition he continued to make the product, only of a more inferior quality. The Jew, he states, obtained a monopoly on liquer, forcing out those who chose to earn their living by making the "real" product. Although Ford has been accused of anti-semitism, he does take time to examine forces at work within the Jewish American culture. Although the Jew might have complained about having to live in ghettos, in some ways it was his salvation. In the ghetto the Jew could retain some of his European ethnicity. Here he was permitted to go bearded, keep his head covered, to carry the palm branch, and to walk in stocking feet on fast days. When Jews from Poland and Lithuania immigrated here, vitality was restored for preserving some of the old institutions, practices, and traditions. Israel Friedlander was quoted that he preferred the ghetto Jew to the Americanized one. Here is the recognition that the Jew perhaps lost a part of his very soul in being in a country whose ways and traditions were so opposed to his. He was uncomfortable assimilating. Demoralization set in. Justice Brandeis of the Supreme Court was quoted as saying that the Jew need the land of Palestine where he can live with his fellow man and lead a Jewish life where his own specific institutions, customs, and practices could be retained. Three chapters are devoted to the Jewish associates of Benedict Arnold. Here are discussed how one person's weakness for money was used to full advantage by the "serpentine course of twistings and turnings which are so delightfully Jewish." More attention is given to the difficulty presented to judges by Jewish crime. It was a considerable problem in New York, particularly that perpetrated by the Jews of Eastern Europe. Ford does criticise Christians for their misinterpretation of Bible scripture. The Christians are blinded, says he, on the destiy of "God's Chosen People" and their belief that they are destined to rule the world. Here is where it is important to study the ancestry of East European Jews; They are descendents of the Khazars and are now referred to as Ashkenazi Jews. These people, formerly living in the Caucasus Mountains were of a "wild" temperamentant. Much as been written about them and their different genetic make-up. Some historians say they are pure Aryans. Others say they are Jewish converts and bear "Jewish" genes. According to Benjamin Freedman, an Ashkenazi Jew, these people can properly be identified as being "Gog" and "Magog." Christians do err in their futuristic thinking that "Gog and "Magog" are Russia and will be invading Israel in the future. Mr. Freedom, a respected scholar, states that this invasion has already happened--both of Palestine and the 'four corners of the world.' It is as important for the Jewish people as well as Christians to correctly study Bible prophecy. We both inhabit the same planet and should protect ourselves from victimization. Henry Ford makes some excellent comments in this regard.

Learn the Rationale of Anti-Semitism in Ford's Essay,
This review is from: International Jew (Paperback)
Why the Jews? The complex problem of anti-semitism has been one of the most vexing issues gripping society ever since the dawn of civilization. While there are many books on the consequences of anti-semitism, there are very few that actually expound the rationale for anti-semitism; however, Ford's essay is one such book. Because of its harmful and often false content, Ford's book is virtually impossible to find on the market, and therefore I am thankful that Amazon.com has the courage to sell it. After all, how can one expect to understand a phenomenon if one has not had the opportunity to study both sides of the phenomenon? I want to understand anti-semitism not only through the lens of those who oppose it, but also through the lens of those who are proponents of it! It is readily apparent from his work that Ford is dreadfully afraid of Jewish economic and social power. As a captain of industry, he is certainly hateful towards the labor movement, in which Jewish involvement was heavy [since, contrary to popular belief, many Jews constituted the proletariat class in Europe and were therefore precluded from sharing in the bourgeois and aristocratic lifestyles of their Christian counterparts], for the changes that movement would inevitably bring to his and others' labor practices in the States, such as competitive wages, normal working hours, etc. He would have inevitably been a proponent of Lochner, as was popular among industrialists of the twenties, and would therefore have failed, willingly perhaps, to recognize the inherent inequality in the "freedom to contract" between a powerful entity such as an automotive manufacturer (who can dictate the terms of acceptance), and the desperate worker who would be at the mercy of those terms. With respect to Jews at the other end of the economic scale, Ford expresses envy and jealousy (which, in a less hateful context, could have been classified as deep and astonishing admiration) for Jewish prowess in economic matters. In a backhanded sort of way, he compliments Jewish enterprise, the art of taking something worthless and common and making it a money-maker. He at once admires and despises this phenomena, as well as Jewish propensity to stick together, a sense of brotherhood he observes that transcends all traditional social barriers. It's as if he wishes his own society would do the same and be as enterprising. Ford made his fortune creating something entirely new and novel, the automobile, and selling it to the masses. He marvels, then, at how Jews take existing products, many of which aren't even desirable, and craft them into money-making enterprises! In conclusion, while Ford's essay is undoubtedly anti-semitic (especially by employing the Protocals, a tract that no Jew could conceivably have written; the language of it is evidence enough!), it is also a testment to the brilliance of Jewish enterprise, adaptability, and intellectual aptitude!

The Usual Problem - truth mixed with lies,
By Mystic (London) - See all my reviews
This review is from: International Jew (Paperback)
... Firstly, I do not particularly admire the author, Henry Ford. I got the impression that he has a white/Christian superiority complex steeped in nationalism and thus his opinions were often biased and heavily influenced by his emotions. Having said that, I do agree that a 'behind-the-scenes' elite exists in the form of the numerous Masonic orders which are dominated by a Jewish elite. Ford takes his generalisation too far when he lumps all the blame on 'the Jews'. There are good and bad in all peoples. His book is an eye-opener for those who know nothing of the hidden hand but is also dangerous material if taken along with Ford's sweeping statements. I think Ford answers the question of whether the Protocols existed well in saying that whether they did or not, what they contain is happening to some degree; and we need to take note. To identify the controlling group of the secret societies as being predominantly Jewish is not anti-semitism, it is merely observation. To go on to believe that every Jew is evil and part of this masterplan is ignorant and is anti-semitic. The goals Ford mentions as part of the Zionists' plan (to corrupt society, dominate, seize control, world government, new world order etc) do not belong only to the Jewish elite but to the elite of many other nations as well (why do you think we have a UN?), including and especially Ford's own kind as well. A recommended read for the critical thinker.

I am speechless,
By A Customer
This review is from: International Jew (Paperback)
After reading the book I became speechless. Although I have always known the darkside of human nature, still surprised to see it was published black and white. Human, like other animals, fight for survival. Don't we often see our children grab from others? In our modern world, with government and all that, in order to grab things from others, one needs to create excuses so a mass can be formed. There can be all kinds of excuses, the most common used are race and religion. (I grew up in China, and my family were prosecuted because my grandfather was a landlord before the communist took power. In this case, the excuse was "class status", not race.) To me, this book is just an excuse to grab from Jews. I read other reviews on this book, either "one-star" or "five-star", seldom between. It all depends on if you agree with the author or not. I am surprised to see so many pro-author opinion, so many years after WWII. Let's just hope the WWII tragedy will not happen again.

American Antisemitism at its Most Vile,
By A Customer
This review is from: International Jew (Paperback)
This book is valuable only as a historical artifact. It's psuedo-intellectual ramblings made it a favorite of the rising Nazis in the 1920s and 30s. It is factually inaccurate, based in large measure on the fraudulent "Protocols of the Elders of Zion." Ford's family viewed the book as evidence of their patriarch's impending mental collapse, and went to extraordinary lengths to disavow Henry's beliefs. To this day, the Ford Company and Ford Family are embarrassed by this screed.

A shameful publication,
By A Customer
This review is from: International Jew (Paperback)
This book perpetuates the oldest myth of the "Jew-the- beast-and-source-of-all-our-calamities". After the first printing the Ford family distanced itself from the author. Why was it published again? The simple answer is: to have the scape-goats ready, just in case... As an educated, proud and Jewish academic, originally from Poland, I am appalled to see the Polish-language 1998 edition of the text with vicious cartoons from the pre-WWII-period added. ... I realise that, unfortunately, it is all too easy to gather the scape-goat hunters with the aid of this "International Jew". This text belongs to the archives of the history of human hatred.

Propaganda used by Hitler,
By A Customer
This review is from: International Jew (Paperback)
It is a fact that this book was used by Hitler in his propaganda campaign against the Jewish people. Hitler also quoted from "International Jew" in his book, "Mein Kampf," which was written four years later in 1924. It is only worth having for historical proof of the Nazi propaganda filth.
