Tasty, easy recipes,

Borges presents tasty low-fat recipes from the Mediterranean area and regional Southern and Southwest United States. Ground turkey replaces ground beef in these easy-to-prepare recipes. Many of the European entrees include olive oil, eggplant, garlic and green peppers. Special dishes are offered for the 4th of July and Thanksgiving. Each recipe includes preparation time and nutritional analysis.
